Passenger report on flight safety deficiencies


Passengers can inform the Finnish Transport Safety Agency of any safety deficiencies they have observed in commercial air transport operations. This service is not intended for complaints about airline customer service, flight delays, aircraft noise or any kind of general dissatisfaction with the airline. The Agency will use the information provided to identify safety threats and monitor safety trends. We will not reply to every feedback message separately, but all reports are examined and used in our continuous efforts to improve flight safety.
