Multiple designation. A designation may be refused if one Party is not
satisfied that substantial ownershipand effective control of a designated airline are vested in the Party designating the airline or in its nationals. Traffic rights for designated
airlines of FinlandRoute possibilities: Points in Finland - Any
intermediate point(s) - Any point(s) in Uzbekistan - Any point(s) beyond.
Fifth freedom rights may be exercised only if an agreement to that effect
is made between the aeronautical authorities. Un-used traffic rights are
presently available.Capacity regime
Bermuda principles apply. Traffic programmes shall be submitted for
approval.Tariff regimeDouble approval.
