Singapore - Finland - Air Services Agreement


The Finland - Singapore Air Services Agreement was signed in 1984 (amended 2001, 2005). The agreement as amended 2001 is in force. A Horizontal agreement between the Community and Singapore has been initialled. The bilateral amendments of 2005 are provisionally applied.

Designation principles

Multiple designation. Contains a traditional designation clause (effective control, principle place of business), which is to be amended by the Horizontal Agreement.

Traffic rights for designated airlines of Finland

Route possibilities:
Any points in Finland - Any intermediate points - Any points in the Singapore - Any points beyond. Designated airlines may freely operate 5th freedom services. Unused traffic rights are available.

Capacity regime

Designated airlines may freely determine the capacity to be provided.

Tariff regime

Tariffs are not required to be filed with, or approved by the authorities.
