Myanmar - Finland - Air Services Agreement


The Finland - Myanmar Air Services Agreement was signed in 1980 and it is in force.

Designation principles

Single designation. A designation may be refused if one Party is not satisfied that substantial ownership
and effective control of a designated airline are vested in the Party designating the airline or in its
nationals.

Traffic rights for designated airline of Finland

Route possibilities: A point in Finland - Numerous specified intermediate points - Ranggon - Numerous specified points beyond. Fifth freedom rights are granted at all specified intermediate and beyond points. Un-used traffic rights are presently available.

Capacity regime

Bermuda principles. Capacity to be provided shall be agreed between the aeronautical authorities.

Tariff regime

Double approval.
