Macau - Finland - Air Services AgreementThe Finland - Macau Air Services Agreement was signed in 1994 and it has entered into force. Designation principles
Single designation. A designation may be refused by Macau in case it is not
satisfied that substantial ownership and effective control of a Finnish
designated airline are vested in the Finland or its nationals.
Traffic rights for the designated airline of FinlandRoute
possibilities: Points in Finland - Intermediate points - Macau - Points
beyond. Note: No points in the mainland of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
may be served as intermediate or beyond points. Fifth freedom rights may
be exercised at up to four (4) intermediate and/or beyond points.
Capacity regimeBermuda principles apply. Traffic programmes shall
be submitted for approval.Tariff regime
Double approval. Tacit approval if no response within 20 days after the date
