point(s) beyond. 5th freedom rights may be exercised to intermediate
points and/or to beyond points. Unused traffic rights are available.
Capacity regimeDesignated airlines may freely determine capacity to
be provided.Tariff regimePrices may be
established by designated airlines based on commercial considerations in
the marketplace. Intervention possibilities by authorities are limited to
the prevention of unreasonably discriminatory prices or practices,
protecting consumers from prices that are unreasonably high or restrictive
due to abuse of a dominant position, and protecting airlines from prices
that are artificially low due to direct or indirect governmental subsidy
