FinlandRoute possibilities: Any points in Finland - Any
intermediate points - Any points in the United Arab Emirates - Any points
beyond. 5th freedom rights may, at any given time, be exercised at up to
two intermediate points and/or at up to two beyond points. Unused traffic
rights are available.Capacity regime
Designated airlines may freely determine capacity to be provided.
Tariff regimeTariffs may be established by designated airlines
based on commercial considerations in the marketplace. Intervention
possibilities by authorities are limited to the prevention of unreasonably
discriminatory tariffs or practices, protecting consumers from tariffs
that are unreasonably high or restrictive due to abuse of a dominant
position, and protecting airlines from tariffs that are artificially low
